Petersen’s Taste of Heaven

How did we get started?

Mark and Edna Petersen are community members who both have a passion for food and cooking for others. Edna has an extensive history of cooking for large dinner parties and is well know for making home made foods that one may typically hate transition into a great meal. Her history of working at VAV in Twin Falls, ID in the past and cooking for the women and children in the women’s shelter and for support groups is a particularly favorite part of her journey where she has been able to show her love for others in her love of food.

Mark and Edna Petersen, along with their three boys have decided to start a food truck to encourage more family time together and allow for their passion to bless their community in Twin Falls, ID. They are excited to share this journey with their children and hope to bring together the community in unity and love for food, friendship, family and community!
